SL ST – slip stitch
DC – double crochet
SP – space
SK – skip stitch
REP – repeat
R1: Create a magic ring, Ch 5. (3dc, ch 2) 3 times around. 2dc, join w/sl st in ch #3 of beginning ch 5.
R2: Ch 1, sc in next st. (4sc, sk 3 sts, ch 2) 4 times around. Sl st to 1st sc.
R3: Sl st in next st. *Ch 5, sk 2 sts, sc in next st, 3sc in ch 2 sp, sc in next st. Repeat from * 3 times. Join w/sl st.
R4: Sl st in next st, and in 1st ch 5 sp, ch 3 (counts as 1st dc), 2dc, ch 2, 3dc in ch 5 sp. *Sk 2 sts, ch 2, 1 dc in next st, sk 2 sts, ch 2, (3dc, ch 2, 3dc) in ch 5 sp. Repeat from * 3 times. Ch 2, sk 2 sts, 1 dc in next st, ch 2, sk 2 sts, sl st in top of ch 3.
R5: Ch 3, 2dc in next 2 sts. (3dc, ch 2, 3dc) in ch 2 sp. *3dc in next 3 sts, 2dc, in ch 2 sp, 1 dc in next st, 2 dc in ch 2 sp, 3dc in next 3 sts, (3dc, ch 2, 3dc) in next ch 2 sp. Repeat from * 3 times. 3 dc in next 3 sts, 2dc in ch 2 sp, 1 dc in next st, 2 dc in ch 2 sp, sl st to top of ch 3. Fasten off, weave in ends.
